It’s been kinda quiet around here lately. Mostly because well…
And let’s be real. Anyone who’s been pregnant knows what the first trimester is like.
So now that I’m out of the first three months, things are getting a little smoother. Valentine’s Day is coming up and I saw this adorable bee on Pinterest. I like for my students to be pre-occupied with something while I’m calling groups to pass out the Valentine cards. If I don’t keep my friends busy, they start to get up and move around and then it turns into chaos. This Valentine bee would be perfect to keep them busy!
The bee came from mom blogger Housing a Forest. It was so cute but she just gave the directions on how to cut the pieces. I have 25 students in my room and I knew that would take forever. I also have a room mom that comes in and helps and I wanted something easy for her to just copy.
It’s not as darling as the one I found on Pinterest, but my students were still very excited to create it. You can get the template HERE for FREE!
There is also a little writing prompt to keep it educational 😉 Enjoy friends!
